Job Description:

As an Operations Support Specialist at Parsons, you will be part of a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Join a diverse group of approximately 500 professionals delivering expertise across operations and technical disciplines in the Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland markets, contributing to a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and exceeding $600 million in total value. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels at coordinating daily operations and project activities in a collaborative environment that directly supports Army modernization and the warfighter.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assistin the coordination and execution of organizational events, meetings, and project milestones.

  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensuretimelycompletion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects and operational activities.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords and documentationin accordance withcompany policies.

  • Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and contribute to special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s level degree and 3 years professional experience in operations support.

  • TS/SCI is required

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​
