Your expertise will ensure that inspections are efficiently scheduled, properly executed, documented, and completed on time, all while adhering to project requirements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality standards. This position plays a crucial role in enabling on-time material release and supporting project schedules without delays.

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and control inspection activities to align with manufacturing progress, expediting priorities, and project deadlines. Prevent inspection-related delays that could impact material release, shipping readiness, construction, or offshore activities. Support expediting objectives by removing inspection bottlenecks.

Ensure the correct ITP is approved and available, with inspection scope clearly defined per purchase order. Respect hold/witness points and coordinate inspections with vendors, third-party inspection agencies, QA/QC, and project quality teams. Review project quality control requirements and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings.

Support the issuance of project QC procedures and contribute to finalizing PMC and IDS. Assist in PO inspection classification and ensure vendor quality control documents (ITPs and test procedures) are reviewed by specialists. Prepare and provide inspection documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) to inspectors before activities commence.

Organize and plan pre-inspection meetings with vendors, ensuring all relevant parties, including sub-vendors and clients, are present. Manage inspection notification workflows with clients and third parties, ensuring all documentation is complete prior to confirmation. Review inspection reports, ensure proper distribution and filing, and verify final test results.

Oversee the issuance of Inspection Release Notes and manage non-conformity reports and punch lists when necessary. Review vendor Manufactured Data Books and ensure timely issuance of Final Test Certificates. Evaluate external inspectors' performance using I-PERF.

Requirements Diploma in Engineering, Technical/Industrial discipline, Science, or equivalent technical field. Certification such as CSWIP 3.1, NDT Level II (any method), and/or API 510 / 570 / 653. Minimum of 5 years' experience in vendor/shop inspection coordination, inspection scheduling, and control within oil & gas or EPC projects.
