Track analytics, audience behavior, platform trends, and betting-related social performance, regularly sharing insights and best practices.

Manage editorial publishing workflows and coordinate posting schedules across Complex Networks.

Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline content production, trend identification, audience insights, and creative development.

Appear on camera as a personality and analyst for TikTok content when appropriate.

Develop recurring TikTok franchises, series, and content formats that grow audience loyalty and engagement.

Manage freelancers, creators, contributors, and interns as needed.

2-4 years of social media, editorial, sports media, or content experience at a publisher, sports brand, betting company, or media platform.

Deep understanding of the Complex brand, audience, and voice.

Strong knowledge of sports betting, gambling culture, fantasy sports, predictive markets, and sports media.

Passion for sports, internet culture, and real-time conversation.

Proven understanding of TikTok platform strategy, audience growth, and engagement optimization.
