The platform encompasses world-class CLI tooling, SDKs, plugins, and developer experiences distributed globally across thousands of engineers. We are seeking a passionate engineer who thrives in developer productivity, command-line tooling, software distribution, observability, and telemetry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build command-line experiences for API governance, review automation, and developer workflows
  • Create extensible plugin architectures and SDKs for internal and external consumers
  • Design and implement software distribution strategies across macOS and Windows
  • Build release pipelines, package managers, installers, auto-update mechanisms, and version management solutions
  • Implement telemetry frameworks measuring adoption, usage patterns, performance, and feature engagement
  • Develop authentication, configuration, and credential-management capabilities for developer tools
  • Build integrations with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD systems, IDEs, and developer portals
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform-wide engineering initiatives
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Golang and TypeScript/Node.js
  • Experience building and maintaining production-grade CLI applications
  • Deep understanding of software packaging and distribution (Homebrew, npm, standalone binaries, containers)
  • Experience implementing telemetry, analytics, and usage instrumentation within developer tools
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, metrics collection, logging, and observability best practices
  • Experience with release engineering, CI/CD automation, and artifact management
  • Strong understanding of API design and OpenAPI specifications
  • Experience building SDKs, plugins, extensions, or developer productivity platforms
  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth, API keys, and enterprise SSO
Preferred Skills
  • Developer platform engineering
  • AI-assisted tooling and agent-based workflows
  • Software supply chain and artifact distribution
  • Cross-platform desktop tooling
  • Open-source tooling ecosystems
  • Enterprise telemetry and analytics platforms
  • API governance and developer portals
