Commitment: Variable hours based on client campaign needs
Start Date: Immediate (February 2026)
REMOTE CONTRACTOR | GOOGLE ADS EXPERT | IMMEDIATE START
Execute high-impact advertising campaigns managing $50K-$150K/month budgets for B2C and B2B clients. Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn for established marketing agency (since 2009). 100% remote contractor role with variable hours based on active campaigns - perfect for experienced PPC specialists seeking project-based work with professional team support and diverse client exposure.

This Contractor Role Is Perfect For:

  • Multi-platform advertisers (Google/Meta/LinkedIn) comfortable with diverse B2C and B2B campaigns
  • Self-directed contractors who thrive with strategic direction but minimal oversight

This Role Is Not a Fit If:
  • You need guaranteed minimum hours (hours fluctuate based on active client campaigns)
  • You're early-career or lack $50K+/month budget management experience

  • You need W2 employment, benefits, or income stability (1099 contractor only)
  • You can't start immediately (we have active campaigns requiring support now)

What We Offer
  • Flexible remote work - work from anywhere in the US, set your own hours
  • Professional team support - experienced strategists provide campaign direction; you execute with autonomy
  • Variable project flow - hours fluctuate with active campaigns (no guaranteed minimum)
  • High-impact work - manage significant advertising budgets ($50K-$150K+/month) with measurable results
  • Diverse client exposure - B2C and B2B campaigns across professional services verticals
  • Immediate start - active campaigns ready now for the right contractor
  • Established agency - in business since 2009, professional contractor relationships

About This Role

  • Build and launch Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns for B2C and B2B clients
  • Manage high-volume campaigns ($50K-$150K+/month budgets)
  • Execute daily optimization: bid adjustments, keyword additions/negatives, audience refinements
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative variations
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement tactical improvements
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues (conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, analytics)
  • Create and maintain campaign documentation and performance reports

Meta Ads (Secondary Platform - ~20%):
  • Build and launch Facebook/Instagram campaigns
  • Manage audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization
  • Execute retargeting campaigns and lookalike audience strategies
  • Optimize for lead generation and conversion objectives

LinkedIn Ads (Tertiary Platform - ~10-15%):
  • Build and manage B2B LinkedIn campaigns
  • Optimize for lead generation and form fill conversions
  • Manage sponsored content and InMail campaigns

Marketing Automation Support (20-30% of work when available):
When paid advertising workload allows, provide overflow support for marketing automation:
  • Build email workflows and nurture sequences in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other platforms
  • Configure automation triggers and conditional logic
  • Set up lead scoring and pipeline routing
  • Create email campaigns per strategic specifications
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and data flow problems

Platforms: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Constant Contact
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on campaign execution and reporting
  • Coordinate with Chief Marketing Strategist on strategic specifications and performance goals
  • Communicate proactively on campaign performance, issues, and optimization opportunities

Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years hands-on paid advertising execution (not just management oversight)
  • Google Ads expert - personally built and optimized campaigns at scale ($50K+/month budgets)
  • Proven track record managing campaigns for B2C lead generation, SaaS, or B2B professional services
  • Meta Ads proficiency - Facebook/Instagram campaign execution and optimization
  • Analytics skills - Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, attribution, reporting
  • Self-directed - can execute based on strategic specs without constant oversight
  • Detail-oriented - catches tracking issues, maintains campaign hygiene, documents work
  • Portfolio/Examples required - must provide 2-3 campaign examples showing YOUR hands-on work

Preferred (Bonus Skills):
  • LinkedIn Ads experience - B2B campaign execution and lead generation
  • Marketing automation platforms - GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
  • Google Ads certifications - Search, Display, Shopping, Video
  • PPC optimization platforms - Optmyzr, Opteo, or similar tools
  • Industry experience - B2C lead generation or B2B professional services
  • Agency or multi-client background - comfortable context-switching between clients
  • Reporting tools - Looker Studio, Power BI, Data Studio, SEMrush, advanced analytics
