  • Build Slack monitoring channels and automated reporting workflows that improve client visibility and team collaboration

  • Lead individual and group training sessions on analytics platforms, reporting best practices, and measurement methodologies

  • Support new business efforts through research, benchmarking, and measurement recommendations

  • Champion new technologies and innovative approaches that improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities

What You Offer
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, communications measurement, digital marketing, consulting, or technology

  • Previous experience in a PR agency, integrated marketing agency, communications consultancy, or technology company preferred

  • Strong understanding of earned media, social media, digital marketing, and communications measurement

  • Experience designing measurement frameworks and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools

  • Hands-on experience with social listening and media intelligence platforms including Brandwatch, Signal AI, Quid, Meltwater, or Cision

  • Experience working with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical programming languages strongly preferred

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present findings to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Passion for technology, communications, and using data to solve business challenges

  • Champion the use of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research, analytics, reporting, and workflow efficiency

Why Archetype

A competitive compensation package, including:

  • Annual salary range of $76,000–$96,000

  • Generous employer contributions toward insurance premiums

  • Paid mental health benefits

  • Unlimited paid time off (minimum of four weeks strongly encouraged)
