In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-production through post-production, working to support creative content development for a variety of clients and internal endeavors. You will work closely with other producers/project managers, art directors, designers, video editors, photographers, retouchers, music composers and animators, as well as directly with account managers and external clients on a project basis.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in several aspects of content production & excellent social media and digital literacy, particularly online video, emerging media, platforms, and technology
  • Knowledgeable in video streaming, content platforms and software tools, including YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn Live, Instagram, Twitter. Familiar also with third-party tools for sourcing music, voiceovers, and stock video/imagery.
  • Knowledgeable of production principles and techniques with an eye for detail in managing creative productions
  • Comfortable with all aspects of planning & coordinating video and photo shoots: scouting locations, conducting pre-production meetings, reviewing bids and treatments, negotiating production estimates, managing crew and vendor resources
    • Experience creating production schedules, call sheets, production & post-production budgets, allocating resources and managing timelines
    • Comfortable working with talent and interview subjects, with sensitivity to coaching participants who may not be trained or comfortable on camera (such as patients and doctors)
  • Experience working with writers, directors, DPs and art directors in concept development phase, support in developing video scripts, generating shooting scripts & scene breakdowns, collaborating on storyboard development
  • Confident and capable of communicating to clients, account managers, executive leaders to advise on technical and creative solutions for all content production matters
  • Oversee and produce multimedia (audio/video/CGI/still photography) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in fast-paced Advertising and PR environments, while adhering to shifting deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of digital post-production processes using Adobe Creative Suite

Essential Requirements

  • BS or BA with a major course of study in Media/Video/ Photography Production
  • 3-5 years of experience as a video or art producer, creating digital content and overseeing production and post-production process

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $55 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
