Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Junior Software Developer to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Join a high-performing team with a meaningful mission. Be part of an established team responsible for sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing mission-critical security applications that support essential operational functions across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of front-end applications using technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js. Partner with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
  • Make an impact across the full software development lifecycle. Engage in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support. Help identify and implement opportunities to enhance system functionality, performance, and the overall user experience.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to tackle complex problems, implement meaningful system enhancements, and contribute to modernization initiatives that directly support mission success.
  • Lead assigned tasks and projects while balancing independent problem-solving with collaboration across cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to contribute both independently and as part of a larger development team.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and team members to evaluate emerging technologies, strengthen development practices, and drive the continued evolution of critical sustainment systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with front-end technologies including JavaScript.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
  • Must be willing to attend meetings and briefings at government locations.
