What you will do

We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.

How you will do it

The Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry. Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop, close,and manage all types of quoted work.

Required

  • Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License

  • 5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.

  • Valid driver's license,appropriate licensesto work with refrigerants,boilerand steam operational & service knowledge.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $49.69 hourly ratedeterminedby the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
