What You'll Do
As a Security Guard, you'll serve as both a protector and a brand ambassador, ensuring that all guests have a safe, compliant, and positive experience. You'll:
- Greet and check in patients and customers, verifying identification and eligibility in accordance with state and company regulations.
- Monitor dispensary premises and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property.
- Maintain oversight of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access points, and promptly report irregularities.
- Perform opening and closing security procedures, ensuring the facility remains secure at all times.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances using de-escalation techniques and company-approved protocols.
