Job description

Description
Buyer & Seller Appointments Supplied - REAL ESTATE AGENTS WANTED!
Real estate isn't a lead problem. It's a calendar problem. Most agents burn the week hunting for business and have nothing left for the clients they already have.
At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate we run it backwards. Our marketing books the appointments. You show up, serve, and close. No cold calling. No door knocking. No buying internet leads.
East TN agents: if you're licensed (or working on it) and you want a calendar that's already full, keep reading.
What day one looks like:
  • Pre-booked buyer and seller appointments, as many as you can handle
  • A full-time admin and transaction coordinator on your paperwork
  • Commission checks 66-100% above the industry average
  • Our $100,000 first-full-year income guarantee - hit the activity standards and if you fall short we pay the difference (terms provided in writing)
  • Sales, negotiation and closing training built inside the Tracy King / YHSGR system
  • Three-tier revenue share so you earn beyond your own closings
  • A Go Serve Big culture that gives back with every closing

We supply the pipeline and the support. You bring the license, the work ethic, and a willingness to be coached. Stop chasing. Start closing.
Responsibilities
• Run the pre-booked buyer and seller appointments we set for you
• Present and close using our scripts, presentations and listing system
• Guide clients from contract to closing with steady communication
• Attend weekly team training, coaching and role play
• Take part in Go Serve Big community initiatives
• Keep your CRM notes and pipeline current
• Represent the brand with integrity
Qualifications
Required:
• Active Tennessee real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Self-motivated and driven to earn $100,000+ annually
• Coachable - willing to follow a proven system, not freelance
• Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Track record of following through on commitments
Preferred (Not Required):
• Previous real estate sales experience (any level)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with the Knoxville/East Tennessee market
We don't just hire resumes. We look for hungry, coachable people who want more. We want winners! Brand-new agents or those willing to get a real estate license who are serious about following the system are welcome to apply.
