OmegaCleanTN is scaling rapidly into a premier property-service powerhouse. We specialize in three core, high-demand verticals: Full-Service Moving, Airbnb Turnover Cleanings, and Professional Pressure Washing. We are building a high-execution, results-driven business and looking for a top-tier hunter to drive our customer acquisition.
The Role
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who will take complete ownership of filling our pipeline with new clients. Your primary mission is to source, pitch, and secure new business contracts—including recurring Airbnb hosts, property managers, commercial pressure washing accounts, and high-ticket moving clients—so the operations side can focus entirely on execution and expansion.
You will operate with full autonomy. If you know how to generate leads, close deals, and turn local property networks into steady revenue streams, this role puts you in the driver's seat.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for and identify local real estate agents, property managers, Airbnb hosts, and residential/commercial clients who need moving, cleaning, or pressure washing services.
Direct Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calling, email, networking, and direct door-to-door or digital outreach to pitch OmegaCleanTN's services.
Account Closing: Handle inbound inquiries, pitch service packages, negotiate pricing within set margins, and lock in signed agreements or scheduled jobs.
Partnership Building: Establish ongoing, recurring B2B referral channels with property management companies and short-term rental hosts to secure steady workflow.
Pipeline Management: Keep accurate tracking of leads, outreach status, and conversion metrics, reporting directly on closed revenue.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Sales or Lead Gen Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, real estate networking, door-to-door sales, or service-industry customer acquisition.
Hunter Mentality: Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently without micromanagement.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities—both verbal and written.
Results-Obsessed: You care about output, deals closed, and revenue generated over everything else.
Compensation & Structure
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) / Freelance
Pay Structure: Commission-Only / Performance-Based (High commission percentage paid out per closed contract, recurring booking, or completed job).
Growth Potential: As OmegaCleanTN expands into new regional markets, this role has massive potential to scale into a leadership or Director of Growth position overseeing multi-state operations.
