Human Resources Manager

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all human resources and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions for KW Wholesale. This position oversees the employee lifecycle from recruitment through separation while ensuring accurate payroll processing, HRIS administration, compliance with employment laws, and the maintenance of confidential employee records. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and helps foster a productive, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
  •  Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and employment records.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave of absence programs, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, employee development, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain required employment records and prepare HR reports for management.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and ensure payroll tax compliance.
  • Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll audits.
  • Qualifications

     · Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience

     · Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.

    · Experience with Paycom HRIS and payroll software is strongly preferred.

    · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
