Position Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong technical expertise, production awareness, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will bring professional experience in graphic design, printing, and signage production, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality output for our customers.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience (required)
  • 1 year of printing industry experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi
  • Experience in sign production or visual advertising (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Stable work history and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 15–20 lbs and perform physical production tasks
  • Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate prior to start date
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Must have experience working for a company (not solely freelance)

Key Responsibilities
