As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Gotham Enterprises, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather relevant psychosocial information and develop tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), suited to individual client needs and preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, providing a unified approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of an individual’s well-being.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster team learning and enhance treatment methods.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, illustrating treatment options, and guiding them toward community resources that support ongoing mental health.
• Staying informed about the latest research developments in mental health and utilizing contemporary practices in your clinical work.
• Managing a robust caseload of patients and continuously working towards achieving defined treatment goals to foster patient progress.

You will be working with a diverse and dynamic population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and situational crises. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each patient will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy methods and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, necessary for effective case management.
• A commitment to ethical practice standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with community resources and a proven track record of advocacy for patient needs and wellbeing can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
