Job description

Marketing Content Creator
Marketing Content Creator is responsible for defining and executing a specific social media strategy. This role requires a thorough understanding of Contour Dermatology's basics, brand aesthetic and a natural desire to connect with the social media world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Cultivating new communities and managing branded communities on the company's behalf using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement innovative, results driven growth strategies across all social media platforms.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Review all posts to ensure they appropriately reflect Contour Dermatology's brand and tie back to our Credo, Vision Statement, Motto, and Company Basic's.
  • Film Company approved meetings, events, and treatments to utilize for social media content.
  • Own the content calendar that will engage, grow and convert followers, integrating with marketing, editorial, and cross-channel promotions
  • Responsible for all writing, scheduling, filming, monitoring, and engagement. Collaborate with other department supervisors to request assistance if needed.
  • Video and photo editing to prepare for posting on social media platforms.
  • Create, manage, and implement social media calendar ideas for current and upcoming events. Calendar should have current events and upcoming events.
  • Work closely with SEO Manager and the Marketing Director to conceptualize, create, execute, and refine social media ads, email blasts, and other marketing tools.
  • Check in Daily with SEO Manager and Marketing Director at start of shift to prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency as a department.
  • Stay up to date with relevant brands, competitors, trends, and social media technologies.
  • Use social analytics tool to deliver weekly reports on social growth and engagement
  • Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records, keeping patient information confidential.
  • Support and set up all Contour Dermatology events
  • Abide by all HIPAA rules and regulations as put in place by Contour Dermatology
  • Leadership - Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers
  • Customer Service - Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Teamwork - Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workers
  • Safety - Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Computer literate - Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Required Technical / Other Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in all Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain effective and organized systems
  • Proficient with Lighting Concepts, Adobe Family of Products
  • Understanding of photo and video production principles
  • Proficient in Premier Pro CC and in Photoshop

Required Licenses/Certifications
  • High School Diploma
