Freelance | Remote | Project-Based with Ongoing Opportunities
We're looking for an exceptional Excel Developer & Automation Specialist to help streamline and automate business processes for a growing healthcare revenue cycle management company specializing in orthopedic medical billing.
This is not a basic data entry or spreadsheet role. We're seeking someone who loves solving complex problems, building intelligent Excel solutions, and creating automation that saves hours of manual work.
What You'll Do
  • Design and build advanced Excel workbooks from the ground up.
  • Create complex formulas using functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, LET, LAMBDA, FILTER, SUMIFS, and dynamic arrays.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using VBA, Office Scripts, Power Query, and Power Pivot where appropriate.
  • Clean, transform, and organize large datasets.
  • Improve existing spreadsheets by making them faster, more efficient, and easier to use.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to create custom business solutions.
Qualifications
