Position Overview

DSN is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and test embedded software for Remote Flash Onboard technology as part of a global, agile development team. This role contributes to next-generation service technology advances designed to enhance the customer and dealer technician experience, working alongside architects, developers, and testers based in the U.S. and India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, debug, and review assigned embedded software features
  • Participate in daily standups with a global development team
  • Collaborate daily with local architects and developers
  • Work within an Agile Development Team structure alongside architects, developers, and testers across the U.S. and India
  • Utilize leading-edge agentic software development frameworks and tools
  • Engage in both collaborative design work and independent development, depending on project needs
Work Environment
  • Onsite, five days per week, in an office environment in Mossville, IL
Education & Experience
  • B.S. in Computer Engineering or a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
