THE WORK
Lockheed Martin has been embedded with the USSTRATCOM Nuclear Mission for 30+ years and has a track record of bringing innovative mission software solutions to this domain. Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking engineers to support our USSTRATCOM software teams which create Planning and Command and Control (C2) capabilities as part of the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) in a DevSecOps environment. In this role, you will help our team create modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community. The successful candidate will have experience with software systems built to exacting standards that are delivered on a DevSecOps cadence using Agile Scrum.
WHO YOU ARE
Our team needs a full-time Software Engineer. In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional Agile team to implement new mission capabilities. Your software will need to reflect secure coding, architectural, and usability best practices as you work Full Stack across the mission architecture. This position also includes collaborating with architecture, cyber, test, and product owner stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.
