Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As part of LVT's in-house Brand/Film team, the P2 Film Producer produces and manages shoots across everything the team creates - from customer site visits captured on the road to product and marketing shoots filmed close to home. Reporting to the Senior Producer, this individual contributor collaborates closely with the DP to originate one-off content between larger productions, and partners with the Senior Editor to keep every project moving cleanly through post. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership over shoots from pre-pro through delivery.

This is an in-office role based at LVT's American Fork, UT headquarters. Regular travel is required, including multi-day, out-of-state trips to customer sites for on-location interviews and story work.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce and manage shoots end-to-end, from pre-production through wrap.
  • Travel to customer sites to capture on-location interviews and story-driven content.
  • Run local product and marketing shoots from concept through final hand-off.
  • Partner with the DP and take initiative to create original one-off content between larger productions.
  • Manage post-production timelines, revisions, and delivery in lockstep with the Senior Editor.
  • Secure filming access at businesses, properties, and events.
  • Book and coordinate crew, talent, gear, permits, and releases for every shoot.
  • Own call sheets, schedules, and day-of logistics.
  • Track budgets in real time and flag risk before it becomes a problem.
  • Build and maintain a bench of reliable freelance crew.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Production Experience: 2+ years producing or coordinating on real productions - commercial, documentary, brand, or agency.
  • Technical Fluency: Working proficiency with Frame.io, Premiere, and standard production tools, including call sheets, budgets, and gear lists.
  • Organization: Runs a shoot day without dropping a detail, even when the schedule shifts.
  • Initiative: Comfortable cold-approaching business owners to secure filming access.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Ready to jump in on set whenever a hand is needed.
  • Negotiation: Solid negotiator on rates, permits, and access.
  • Travel Readiness: Available for multi-day, out-of-state shoots.
  • Bonus Skills: Editing, motion graphics, or camera experience is a plus.
