We are a growing restaurant group focused on bold branding, strong community presence, and high-impact marketing. Our concepts span fast-casual and full-service dining, and design plays a critical role in how our brands show up — in-store and online.

We are seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to own and elevate our visual identity across all platforms. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for social media assets, digital campaigns, in-store marketing materials, menu design, packaging, branding, and more.

Position Overview

The In-House Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining cohesive brand visuals across multiple restaurant concepts. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, leadership, and social media teams to produce high-quality creative that drives engagement, traffic, and revenue.

This role requires both creative vision and executional discipline.


Core ResponsibilitiesBrand & Identity
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all restaurant concepts
  • Design logos, sub-brands, and campaign identities
  • Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Evolve brand visuals while maintaining integrity
Digital & Social Media Design
  • Create daily social media graphics and motion assets
  • Design paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Develop email marketing graphics
  • Produce short-form animated assets (Reels/TikTok graphics preferred)
  • Optimize designs for platform specifications and performance
Print & In-Store Materials
  • Design menus (print and digital boards)
  • Create posters, table tents, window clings, signage, and promotional materials
  • Develop packaging graphics
  • Prepare production-ready files for vendors and printers
Campaign & Promotional Creative
  • Design assets for grand openings, limited-time offers, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts and execution
  • Create launch kits for new store openings
Content Collaboration
  • Work with social media strategist and photographers
  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots and video content
  • Select and edit images when needed
Production & Asset Management
  • Maintain organized design files and brand asset library
  • Ensure proper formatting for print and digital output
  • Manage version control and deadlines across multiple projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print work
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred)
  • Canva (working knowledge acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media and paid advertising
  • Knowledge of print production specifications and file preparation
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
