This role ensures Beauty Advisors are well equipped to support Prestige brands including Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rabanne.
What you'll get to do

  • Monitor and interpret weekly sales reports to identify opportunities, trends, and action steps in collaboration with your AE
Build strong, trust-based relationships with AEs, Retailers, Brand Ambassadors, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales Operations
  • Inspire, support, and help activate store teams to meet sales targets and elevate brand presence
  • Lead dynamic and interactive training sessions to enhance Beauty Advisor engagement and product knowledge

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of freelance talent and seasonal staffing needs
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store events and brand activations in partnership with AEs and local store teams
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design to bring eye-catching brand experiences to life
  • Ensure all visual elements meet brand guidelines and enhance the shopper journey

We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or retail
  • 3+ years of sales or store-level experience, ideally in luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion
  • Familiarity with the Beauty Specialty retail landscape, including Sephora, Ulta Beauty, or other specialty beauty retailers preferred
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and customer experience
  • Familiarity with your local retail landscape, including key players and market dynamics
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities, from training to events, with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that engage and inspire retail teams
  • A self-starter mindset: independent, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Curiosity to grow into broader sales strategy and account leadership over time
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Flexibility to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, as well as holidays as required in a retail-driven environment
  • Comfort working in a primarily field and in-store based role, spending the majority of time supporting retail partners and teams on the ground
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel

We welcome Creators Of All Kinds. If you are unsure of meeting all the requirements but trust you have the transferable skills to excel in this role, complete the application and our teams will get in touch if you are selected for an interview.
