Join Our Team – Architectural Project Manager / Architectural CAD Draftsperson
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager / Architectural CAD Draftsperson to join our growing firm. This is a full-time, in-person position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, guiding them from preliminary design through construction documents and approval with the Department of Buildings.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of project development, including design coordination, preparation of construction documents, DOB filings, and construction administration. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative office environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional business writing ability
Experience preparing comprehensive construction documents
Prior experience with new building and alteration filings (residential and/or commercial)
Familiarity with NYC Zoning Resolution
Knowledge of NYC DOB filing procedures and construction administration
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Salary range varies by experience and ability.
