Job Description

This is a project based / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 6 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will primarily assist with the hiring/onboarding of the Sports remote freelance population leveraging SCORE (internal system) and SAP.

  • Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely processing and payment.

  • Assist with the recruitment process as needed, partnering with Sports HR and Talent Acquisition (SAP, Smart Recruiter).

  • HRIS transactions as needed

  • Ad hoc reporting as needed

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in HR, data entry, or administration

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree: HR or related field

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Must be organized

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
