Summary:

The Portfolio/ Risk Specialist is responsible for evaluating and monitoring an assigned Indirect RV/Marine/Powersports portfolio for purposes of credit quality, risk management and/or portfolio analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies credit quality issues, potential portfolio risks and/or economic risk.
  • Monitors the portfolio for compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluates and reports on the portfolio performance and forecasts future performance trends.
  • Informs management of potential credit and/or economic portfolio risk and recommends strategies to minimize the risk.
  • Maintains all documentation on the assigned portfolio.
  • Works with various bank personnel in developing strategies that support portfolio objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a critical thinker and able to work independently or within a group

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
