In this role, you will be a member of our industry-leading planning and scheduling team that avoids costly surprises through the application of proven scheduling and project controls. Our comprehensive schedules ensure that projects are optimally planned, organized, and resourced. Versed in the means and methods of construction, and supported by state-of-the-art software and technology, our team produces projects that are free of surprises.
We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join our team onsite in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be working on a large scale commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role with growth potential as we continue to grow our scheduling and litigation team!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Time and/or Cost Impact evaluation.
  • Support project lead's analysis.
  • Interview of stakeholders in conjunction with project lead.
  • assemble and review pertinent project documentation.
  • Identify additional information needed for analysis and review same.
  • Assist with deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Experience with basic project documentation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and controls.
  • Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.
  • Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Education: BA/BS in Civil/Structure/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, finance, law or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in construction industry

The salary range for this full-time role is $93,000.00-$124,000.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
