EveryProspect is seeking a hands‑on Founding Marketing Manager to build the marketing foundation for a growing technology and data company serving the nonprofit and fundraising sector.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build first and lead next.
The initial priority will be to establish the core marketing infrastructure, systems, website, messaging, and processes EveryProspect needs to scale. As that foundation is completed, the role will evolve toward lead generation, demand generation, campaign management, and ultimately managing a broader marketing team.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with nonprofit or fundraising industry experience and has the ambition to grow into a larger marketing leadership role.
Phase One: Build the Marketing FoundationThe first priority for this role will be to build the systems and infrastructure that will support EveryProspect’s long-term growth.

When appropriate, the Founding Marketing Manager will identify, hire, and manage specialized consultants, freelancers, or agencies for areas such as website development, Salesforce configuration, SEO, design, content, or marketing automation.
The expectation is that this person owns the outcome, even when outside specialists are involved.
Phase Two: Generate Demand and Build the Marketing OrganizationOnce the core marketing infrastructure is established, the focus of the role will increasingly shift toward generating qualified sales opportunities and scaling EveryProspect’s marketing efforts.

Nonprofit & Fundraising ExperienceExperience within the nonprofit, fundraising, advancement, or fundraising technology sector is strongly preferred and will be an important factor in our hiring decision.
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how nonprofit organizations evaluate and purchase technology, data, and professional services.
Relevant experience could include working with:
Candidates who understand the roles and priorities of Chief Development Officers, advancement leaders, major gift officers, prospect researchers, advancement services teams, and nonprofit executives will have a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the nonprofit fundraising ecosystem—including industry associations, conferences, vendors, publications, and buying cycles is highly desirable.

Salesforce & Marketing OperationsBuild the marketing and sales infrastructure within Salesforce.
