Job description

The successful candidate will be the primary support for a sole practitioner nearing retirement primarily engaged in Employment and Civil Rights litigation. Significant prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal is required.

Duties include screening potential clients, general case preparation, discovery, gathering information from clients and witnesses, trial prep and trial support, file management, and entering data and generating reports in case management system.

Case load is limited in number but cases can be complex and document intensive.

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required. Power Point a plus.
