Our client is seeking an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology vision for a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the company's enterprise technology strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage across the business. This executive leadership role has significant influence over business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing the company's long-term technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Leading the Epicor ERP/Kinetic environment, including optimization and future initiatives.
  • Overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Driving automation, AI, and data analytics initiatives.
  • Ensuring business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, and IT compliance.
  • Managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT organization.
  • Partnering closely with executive leadership to improve manufacturing, operations, finance, and overall business performance.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior executive technology leadership role such as CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience supporting manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong experience with Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Track record of managing enterprise technology teams, budgets, and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
