Join a leading creative team at a globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand, where your work will directly shape how millions engage with an iconic brand. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh, trend-setting visual narratives to life, driving significant impact on consumer connection and brand perception across dynamic social platforms.
About the Role
As a key member of the Organic Social Creative team, you will be at the forefront of developing fun, engaging, social-first video and graphic content that resonates deeply with a vast audience. This highly hands-on role dedicates approximately 90% of your time to direct content creation and editing, allowing you to immerse yourself in crafting compelling visual stories. The remaining 10% will involve crucial production coordination and organization, ensuring seamless execution of your creative vision. We are looking for a strong video editor who intuitively understands social trends, possesses a passion for fashion, and can seamlessly translate innovative concepts into final, polished assets.
What You Will Do
  • Create and edit a high volume of original organic social assets, including short-form videos and static graphics.
  • Develop platform-native content for social channels, including popular video-sharing and image-based platforms, with occasional content for other emerging platforms.
  • Brainstorm and pitch original content concepts based on products, trends, and campaign priorities.
  • Capture, edit, resize, and prepare content according to platform specifications.
  • Support the creative team in producing approximately 30 net-new social assets per week.
  • Source visual inspiration and stay current on emerging social media trends.
  • Order and coordinate product samples, props, and other content-production materials.
  • Help organize and maintain the team's product sample closet.
  • Route creative for internal review, incorporate feedback, and deliver final assets on schedule.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other high-volume content initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Associate Art Directors, copywriters, content specialists, and social marketing partners.
  • Assist Art Directors with additional creative and production-related projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong video-editing skills using industry-standard software.
  • Proficiency in leading image manipulation software.
  • Graphic design experience with a solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating social content creation, video editing, and design capabilities.
  • Strong familiarity with popular social media content, trends, formats, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to create content specifically for social platforms rather than simply adapting long-form content.
  • Strong creative ideation skills and the ability to articulate and explain design and editing decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and comfortable receiving and implementing creative feedback.
  • Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications That Set You Apart
  • Working knowledge of vector graphics software; advanced proficiency is not required.
  • Experience with collaborative design platforms.
  • Experience creating content for fashion, retail, beauty, apparel, lifestyle, or other consumer brands.
  • Background in an agency, production studio, in-house creative team, or freelance environment.
  • Experience coordinating product samples, props, content capture, and production logistics.
  • Familiarity with content on popular video and image-sharing platforms.
  • Ability to develop creative concepts before receiving a finalized brief.
  • A keen interest in fashion, culture, and trend-driven social storytelling.

Experience Level & Team Environment
The team is seeking candidates with approximately one to three years of relevant experience but is open to recent graduates with strong portfolios and more experienced professionals who enjoy hands-on content creation. You will join a small, collaborative organic social creative group, working alongside Associate Art Directors and an existing specialist. This lean and highly collaborative environment offers meaningful opportunities to pitch ideas, introduce emerging trends, and directly influence social content that reaches a global audience.
Portfolio Requirement
