Level up your career in the role of Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track by managing data, updating customers, and managing project documentation with precision. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers and team leads to monitor progress, update Bill of Materials, and ensure timelines are met. With your strong attention to detail and communication skills, you’ll help drive efficiency while supporting both routine operations and critical customer needs.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Check source documents for accuracy.
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary.
  • Scan documents into management systems and databases.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Maintain office equipment and stationary supplies.
  • Ensure that all work performed is done safely, and direct activities to protect employees from harm and maintain safe working conditions.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:  

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, accurate keyboard skills, and a proven ability to enter data quickly is required.
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clerical and administrative procedures is required.
  • Ability to organize and plan work in adherence to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work with and without supervision.
  • Ability to exhibit problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Current valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of data entry experience is preferred.
  • Formal computer training is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level is required.
  • Requires hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED: 

  • Telephone, personal computer, multiple printers, copy machine, and 10-key.
  • May be required to operate additional office equipment not explicitly listed in this description as needed to perform job duties effectively. 

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

  • Work in the aircraft maintenance hangars and Production Control Booth.
  • Exposure to high intensity noise levels, changes in temperatures, working around moving machinery, and potential exposure to materials listed on Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Protective Equipment Required: Ear and eye protection where applicable.

OTHER DUTIES: 

  • May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate. 
  • Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of department management.
