Join the AAA Parking family and work as a Valet for Special Events at Florida Atlantic University. Make extra money, meet new people, and provide exceptional service as the first and last point of contact for our guests. We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction:
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
  • Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
  • Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
  • Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.

2. Vehicle Handling:
  • Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
  • Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.

3. Appearance and Presentation:
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
  • Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.

4. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
