At Maple Farm, ourย CNAs provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role ensures residentsโ€™ needs are met with dignity, respect, and safety, while supporting household activities and the overall well-being of residents.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
  • Responsible for the safety of residents
  • Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents
  • Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed
  • Documentation in electronic medical record system.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems preferred
  • An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.

Additional Information

After training this will be a full-time position 11pm-7am!
