Job description

Key Program seeks a Program Supervisor for their DCF Emergency Residence/ Intensive Treatment Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescent girls. The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:

Salary: Generous starting salary range $71,680 - $73,680* *Highest end of starting salary for Masterโ€™s degree-level. Commensurate with experience, Bachelorโ€™s degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.

*Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in human services related field is required, a Masterโ€™s degree is preferred AND

One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting.

  • A valid driverโ€™s license and insured vehicle for employment.
  • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all areas of the residential programโ€™s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training
  • Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
  • Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being of children/youth.
  • Ensure youths receive quality services that comply with DEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards
  • Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.

The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist children/adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives. Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental/behavioral health services.
