• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health conditions and individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches to address their concerns and progress towards their mental health objectives.

At Reliant Mental and Wellness Center, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to build rapport and deliver personalized care is essential in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they feel valued and understood in every session.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful engagement with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Previous experience in remote therapy settings, with an understanding of teletherapy platforms.
