Looking for an experienced Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for an ongoing locum opportunity in Waterloo & Cedar Falls, Iowa!
Location: Waterloo & Cedar Falls, IA
Setting: Hospital-based | No Clinic Responsibilities
Coverage Needed:
  • Sept 14 - Sept 28
  • Nov 6 - Nov 9
  • Dec 14 - Dec 28
Highlights:
On-call only (24-hour call coverage)
Inpatient care at two facilities (Waterloo & Cedar Falls)
No clinic duties
Epic EMR
Support from 4 Orthopedic Surgeons & 4 APPs
Treat trauma, fractures, spine, joints, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions & more
Travel reimbursed (flight, hotel, rental car & mileage)
Requirements:
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Iowa License or Active IMLC (LOQ accepted)
• Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Surgery
• Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon
• Must be available for the listed coverage blocks
• Clean malpractice/background
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
