In some cases, rent may be fully covered, while others may offer a discounted rate. Specific job responsibilities and benefits vary by employer, so it's important to review the terms before accepting.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an apartment manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Apartment Manager, you need knowledge of property management, leasing procedures, and relevant housing laws, typically supported by experience or a certification like CAM (Certified Apartment Manager). Familiarity with property management software, maintenance scheduling systems, and budgeting tools is also important.
