We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing medical community in Fredericksburg VA. Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.

We offer comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry. Our diverse multidisciplinary team allows us to better serve our established patient base by providing the additional specialties many of our patients need, all in one integrated setting.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
Salary:
$90k-$150k with productivity bonus potential
