Summary:

The Treasury Management Fraud Prevention Product Management team is seeking a strategic, market-focused Senior Product Manager to support Huntington’s Fraud prevention and Business Security Suite of products and related initiatives.  This role is well suited for a candidate who has Treasury Management product exposure, experience working with partners in Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of Treasury Management fraud prevention solutions, client needs, and business priorities.   The energetic candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to help shape product strategy, product enhancement, increase education and awareness, help prevent client fraud losses, and drive meaningful outcomes needed to reach our team goals.  The candidate should appreciate being a member of a vibrant team, be comfortable managing vendor relationships and constructing financial forecasts. This colleague will resolve product issues, write articles, create marketing material, analyze P&L metrics, and conduct product training sessions. The candidate will be assigned products to manage as new products are created and launched. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Treasury Management  and/or banking related experience
  • 2+ years experience with some aspect of Treasury Management product exposure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree 
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to overcome obstacles
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use metrics to track product performance and guide decisions
  • Product Management experience 
  • Ability to define product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Experience Building and managing product roadmaps based on market data and measurable business outcomes

Compensation Range:

70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
