What You Will Do:
Support fraud operations by maintaining daily data ingest processes, data pulls, and decisioning scripts while providing operational reporting, metrics, and basic analytical support. This individual will also assist with dashboard maintenance and development, helping ensure fraud operations teams have reliable data and insights to support investigations and decision-making.
What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

  • Bachelors Degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience in data analytics or consulting

  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Experience in Python with the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and maintain existing scripts


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Effective troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and ability to work through issues independently

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities

  • Interest in fraud, risk, investigations, analytics, or related fields

  • Familiarity with Git and GitLab

  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment

  • Experience building, maintaining, or refreshing Tableau dashboards

  • Ability to write and modify SQL queries

  • Experience supporting operational analytics, reporting, or fraud investigation functions

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
