  • Drive leadership operating rhythms including staff meetings, planning cycles, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring agendas, decisions, and followโ€‘ups are tracked and executed.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities and commitments across Product, Engineering, and crossโ€‘functional partners.
  • Manage operational oversight of a multiโ€‘million product and engineering portfolio, ensuring spend aligns with plans and business priorities.
  • Partner with Finance to track budget vs. actuals, forecasts, and variances, driving visibility and accountability.
  • Lead headcount tracking, hiring progress, and workforce allocation across teams.
  • Monitor vendor and infrastructure spend to align with delivery needs.

  • Build strong working relationships across product and technical leadership to ensure consistent execution.
  • Own tracking and reporting of key metrics across product delivery, engineering throughput, and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide realโ€‘time visibility into performance and ensure leadership has clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in largeโ€‘scale technology organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving execution and delivering results across complex, crossโ€‘functional environments.
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to manage budgets, headcount, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and enabling effective decisionโ€‘making and execution.
  • Ability to create structure, drive accountability, and follow through on commitments.

  • Experience in fraud, risk platforms, financial services, or trust & safety is a plus.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English; authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship at this time.
Benefits
