Fraud & Claims Operations Representative 2

Position: Fraud & Claims Operations Representative 2 (Customer Service Representative)

Industry: Banking/Financial Services

Job duration: 6 months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 (On-site - No Remote work)

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday (8 AM - 5 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time)

Pay Range: $18-19/hour

Tentative Start Date: 09/21/2026

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • This role will handle incoming calls.
  • Handle incoming calls and investigate potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Recommend process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency of fraud and claims operations.
  • Prioritize work independently and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the Fraud & Claims team.
  • Identify and submit customer complaints when applicable.
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff on complex fraud and claims matters.
Required Skills:
  • Call Center/Contact Center/Customer Service Experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • Fraud and claims operations experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
