Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate - Receiving & Replenishment. The team members of Frank Beverage Group are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.


The Warehouse Associate - Receiving & Replenishment is responsible for receiving inbound product, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining product availability by replenishing pick locations. This role supports inventory accuracy, product setup, and efficient warehouse flow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inbound shipments, verify product quantities and shipment accuracy, and enter receiving information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by assigning product locations, setting up new items and pack configurations, replenishing pick locations, and supporting inventory control activities including cycle counts and product moves.
  • Organize and maintain backstock inventory, rotate product according to company standards, and ensure warehouse locations remain clean, accessible, and properly stocked.
  • Process transfer orders, receive and put away transfer product, and coordinate the handling and documentation of returned dunnage and other outbound warehouse materials.
  • Identify, investigate, and communicate discrepancies related to incoming shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations to management and office personnel.
  • Safely operate forklifts, powered industrial equipment, and warehouse technology including scanners, tablets, voice-picking systems, and the WMS, while completing required equipment inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris, handling damaged product, and following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting operations across warehouse departments as business needs require.
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
  • Must obtain sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries; Must obtain knowledge of supplier policies especially freshness standards and product markings
  • Experience with forklifts is preferred; ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications is required
  • Possess an analytical and mechanical aptitude
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Possess good visual acuity at various distances with dimensional depth perception and color distinction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely
  • Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and comprehend verbal and/or written communications
  • Ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, managers and customers in respectful manner
  • Ability to learn and operate all the necessary equipment safely
  • Ability to operate a computer, hand-held computer, voice picking commands and scanner
  • Ability to interrupt invoices


Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification.
