As a Host/Hostess, you play a special role for our guests. You are often their first impression and last impression, and we count on you to make them feel at home. 


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting and Seating:

Warmly welcome guests, determine party size, and efficiently seat them at appropriate tables or booths. 

Managing Waiting Lists:

Maintain a guest waiting list, adhere to seating procedures, and provide accurate wait time estimates. 

Payment Handling:

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. 

Assisting with Beverages:

Offer beverage suggestions, take initial drink orders, and provide refills. 

Maintaining Host Area:

Keep the host station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, like menus and to-go items. 

Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Address guest needs, handle complaints courteously, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. 

Assisting Other Team Members:

Help with clearing and setting tables, and willingly assist other team members as needed. 

Answering Phones:

Answer incoming calls, take to-go orders, and provide information about the restaurant. 

Suggestive Selling:

Introduce promotions and specials to guests while seating them. 

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Help with overall restaurant cleanliness, including cleaning and organizing supplies.
