The Store Manager leads the store's overall operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence. The Store Manager is accountable for maximizing store sales and profits while providing exceptional levels of customer service and product quality. Additionally, the Store Manager is responsible for providing leadership to team members and maintain strong business relationships within the local community.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively lead a team to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals
  • Lead the execution of exceptional operational practices while striving to exceed sales and service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the store, including proper cash handling procedures, following all food and safety procedures and compliance with all policies
  • Possess strong knowledge of Edibleยฎ product line and brand standards
  • Recruit, hire, lead and develop team members; Create a culture of energy, enthusiasm, achievement, professionalism and fun to retain staff and keep them engaged
  • Provide training, coaching and development for team members to lead them in overall sales achievement while providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining profitability goals
  • Ensures store has adequate shift coverage all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines
  • Clearly and concisely communicate current performance levels and expectations to team members
  • Monitor and analyze performance against the key performances indexes.
  • Adjust sales tactics as necessary to meet sales targets
  • Identify key processes improvements to support revenue growth and exceptional customer experience

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years retail sales management experience
  • High School degree
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
