Position Overview
The Marketing Manager for Mosquito Shield plays a pivotal role local lead generation and driving execution of local and centralized marketing campaigns for the brand and our 70+ franchise owners. This role partners closely with brand leadership, brand operations and franchise owners to ensure effective marketing execution across all channels. This leader will deliver measurable results through systems-driven execution, rigorous performance tracking, and collaborative alignment with cross-functional partners.

This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring a strong combination of project management expertise, digital marketing acumen, and proficiency in marketing campaign performance and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create and implement scalable integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with homeowners and drive engagement.
  • Utilize strong project management and analytical skills to deliver data-driven actionable recommendations and campaign optimizations that enhance lead generation and drive sales.
  • Provide innovative ideas with a commitment to continually learning and improving campaign performance.
  • Communicate effectively and provide guidance to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills in managing projects, vendors and deadlines.
  • Train and guide franchisees, including onboarding of new owners, through the entire Marketing Playbook.
  • Partner with the Operations department and Franchise Business Coaches to ensure marketing programs meet franchisee and business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our marketing initiatives, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, with an eye toward ROI and PROFIT.
  • Help our franchisees develop marketing plans and budgets, as well as track and help optimize their marketing results - monitor and report franchisee marketing performance to identify new or underutilized growth opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent 5+ years of work experience.
  • You thrive on talking to franchise owners and vendors and in supporting them when and where needed.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices tailored to the home services industry, including keyword research, local SEO, and content optimization.
  • Experience working in a franchise system (home services or pest control experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to execute necessary campaigns.
  • Creative thinker who is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies tailored to the home services sector.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive business growth to our franchisees.
