Position Summary 
The Franchise Sales Associate reports to the Chief Development Officer  The Franchise Sales Associate is the initial contact point for all incoming franchise inquiries. This position will act as a lead generator, pre-qualifier and brand ambassador.  The Franchise Sales Associate will move qualified leads to completion of candidate applications, then forward the leads to the Franchise Development Director for completion of the discovery process. This position is a critical part of the Franchise Development Team, and its ability to achieve net unit growth goals. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Franchise Development Lead Pre-Qualification
  • Manage all incoming franchise inquiries from various lead generation sources, using technology such as text, e-mail, telephone and CRM Platforms.  Leads must be managed quickly and efficiently to optimize conversion into the discovery process.
  • Successfully share the company’s value propositions, core values, franchise requirements and next steps in the discovery process, while cultivating relationships with the leads.
  • Pre-qualify candidates, including reviewing their career experience, verifying liquid/net worth, determining a timeline for opening a business, and asking why they are interested in becoming Any Lab Test Now/Arc Point franchisees.  
  • Utilize the company’s mapping software to view and discuss territories of interest with leads, as well as availability.
  • Manage the franchise sales pipeline and maintain accurate and detailed CRM database records
  • Run and distribute identified reports out of the CRM to the team on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with other franchise development projects as time permits.
  • Manage the franchise disclosure document (FDD) distribution process and tracking
  • Assist in updating the franchise disclosure document, providing feedback noted from interactions with leads
  • Generate regular sales reports and analytics for management review
  • Assist and participate in trade show and event planning and coordination and networking events
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and activity metrics
  • Coordinate internal and external communication regarding sales processes
  • Drive franchise growth through proactive lead management and cultivation using multiple communication channels and CRM systems
  • Evaluate prospective franchisees through detailed assessment of financial qualifications, experience, and territorial opportunities
  • Oversee the franchise application process, including documentation management, disclosure requirements, and coordination with legal department
  • Manage discovery day logistics, presentations, and franchise development events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support franchise development initiatives and strategic objectives

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong communication skills (telephone, video conference, etc.) and can quickly communicate value propositions and qualify a prospect.
  • Highly personable yet strategic with moving leads into the discovery process quickly.
  • High caliber verbal and written communication and customer service skills to communicate effectively with strong, senior-level professional candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work well remotely, both independently and with a team.
  • One or more years of college and/or sales experience.
  • Salesforce experience a plus (not required).
  • Proficient with Microsoft & Google Office Suite or related software.
