Job Summary

Project Manager – Enterprise Scheduling System Implementation

Teema

Contract

In-Office | North Vancouver, BC, Canada

Location: North Vancouver, BC

Join a high-impact enterprise technology initiative and take ownership of a critical scheduling system implementation already underway. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the project through its final and most important stages — solution validation, testing, go-live readiness, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

In this role, you’ll lead diverse teams across business, operations, technology, vendors, and consulting partners to deliver a successful system rollout. You’ll refine and execute the existing project roadmap, ensuring strong alignment between technical teams, operational stakeholders, business analysts, change management functions, training activities, and external platform partners.

Key responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, resource coordination, executive reporting, and performance tracking. You’ll oversee testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, hypercare support, and operational transition, while maintaining momentum, managing dependencies, and resolving issues proactively. You’ll also lead stakeholder communications, support organizational readiness, and help ensure long-term adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Proven project management experience delivering complex technology implementations and integrated systems.

  • Hands-on experience guiding projects through solution design, testing, UAT, deployment/cutover, and post-implementation support.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC principles, project delivery frameworks, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated strengths in stakeholder engagement, communication, budgeting, risk mitigation, problem solving, and change leadership.

  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and driving decisions in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have:
Experience with workforce scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, or personnel systems.
