We have new opening on the team! The Media Effectiveness Manager is responsible for advancing the effectiveness of media investments across brands by delivering actionable measurements, insights, and optimization strategies. This role leads the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) learning agenda and test-and-learn programs to improve media ROI and inform business decisions. The position exists to embed data-driven decision making and scalable best practices across a complex, matrixed organization.
The role requires strong collaboration across marketing, sales, shopper, and COE teams, as well as external agency and measurement partners. The associate must effectively navigate a highly matrixed environment, influencing decisions without direct authority.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or media effectiveness
  • Experience with media measurement approaches such as MMM, attribution, or experimentation frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience with retail media nice to have

What would be your key responsibilities?
  • Lead the development and deployment of media effectiveness frameworks to evaluate and optimize paid, owned, and earned media investments
  • Own and manage the MMM learning agenda, ensuring insights are translated into clear implications for annual planning and in-year optimization
  • Partner with brand, media, and analytics teams to define KPIs aligned to business objectives
  • Design, implement, and scale cross-channel test-and-learn programs to continuously improve media ROI and efficiency
  • Analyze campaign, commerce, and retailer media performance to identify key drivers of effectiveness and growth opportunities
  • Recommend in-year media mix optimizations through marketing mix modeling
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling insights and business recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
  • Support agency partners in the annual planning process, leveraging historical insights, MMM projections, and business priorities
  • Partner with media agencies and internal teams to optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and investment allocation
  • Implement and embed a global creative testing framework, optimizing creative from concept through in-market execution
  • Codify and share learnings through playbooks, best practices, and "key beliefs" to enable scaling across brands and teams
