What are some typical challenges a framer apprentice might face during their first year on the job?

As a Framer Apprentice, you may encounter challenges such as adapting to the physical demands of the job, mastering the use of various tools, and understanding safety procedures on construction sites. A Framer Apprentice assists experienced framers in constructing the basic framework of buildings, such as walls, floors, and roofs, using wood or metal materials. They help measure, cut, and assemble framing components according to blueprints and building codes. Over time, they build their expertise to eventually become fully qualified framers.
